Chery Group continued to maintain rapid growth in the industry, with a total of 651,289 vehicles sold from January to September, a year-on-year increase of 53.3%; exports increased to 2.55 times of the same period last year. Domestic sales continued to run fast and overseas business exploded. The domestic and international “dual market” structure of Chery Group has been consolidated. The latest data shows that Chery Holding Group (hereinafter referred to as “Chery Group”) performed well at the beginning of this year’s “Golden Nine and Silver Ten” sales. In September, it sold 75,692 cars, an increase of 10.3% year-on-year. A total of 651,289 vehicles were sold from January to September, a year-on-year increase of 53.3%; among them, the sales of new energy vehicles were 64,760, a year-on-year increase of 179.3%; the overseas exports of 187,910 vehicles were 2.55 times that of the same period last year, setting a historical record and continuing to be a Chinese brand The number one exporter for passenger cars.

Since the beginning of this year, Chery Group’s main passenger car brands have successively launched new products, new technologies and new marketing models, continued to improve user experience, and opened up new market additions. In September alone, there were 400T, Star Trek, and Tiggo. A wave of blockbuster models such as 7 PLUS and Jietu X90 PLUS have been launched intensively, which has driven strong sales growth.

Chery’s high-end brand “Xingtu” aimed at the “Visitor” crowd, and successively launched two models of “Concierge-class Big Seven-seater SUV” Starlight 400T and compact SUV Starlight Chasing in September, further expanding Xingtu The brand’s share of the SUV market. As of the end of August, the delivery volume of Xingtu products has exceeded that of last year; from January to September, the sales of Xingtu brand increased by 140.5% year-on-year. In September, Jietu Motors launched the first model launched after the brand’s independence, the “Happy Family Car” Jietu X90 PLUS, which further expanded the boundaries of the “Travel +” travel ecosystem of Jietu Motors. Since its establishment, Jietu Motors has achieved sales of 400,000 vehicles in three years, creating a new speed for the development of China’s cutting-edge SUV brands. From January to September, Jietu Motors achieved sales of 103,549 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 62.6%.

Following the fields of home appliances and smart phones, the vast overseas market is becoming a “huge opportunity” for Chinese auto brands. Chery, which has been “going out to sea” for 20 years, has added an overseas user every 2 minutes on average. Global development has realized from “going out” of products to “going in” of factories and culture, and then to “going up” of brands. Structural changes have both increased sales and market share in key markets.

In September, Chery Group continued to achieve a record of 22,052 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 108.7%, breaking the monthly export threshold of 20,000 vehicles for the fifth time during the year.

Chery Automobile is gaining more and more recognition in many markets around the world. According to the AEB (Association of European Businesses) report, Chery currently has a market share of 2.6% in Russia and ranks 9th in sales volume, ranking first among all Chinese auto brands. In Brazil’s August passenger car sales rankings, Chery ranked eighth for the first time, surpassing Nissan and Chevrolet, with a market share of 3.94%, setting a new sales record. In Chile, Chery’s sales surpassed Toyota, Volkswagen, Hyundai and other brands, ranking second among all auto brands, with a market share of 7.6%; in the SUV market segment, Chery has a market share of 16.3%, ranking it for eight consecutive months Ranked first.
