Remove the trim panel and then remove the sound insulation layer. At this time, there is a large space to contact the locking machine. Pull the cable by hand to see if it can be pulled, otherwise directly use a hammer, chisel or electric drill to disassemble the locking machine. Generally speaking, the door can be opened after the lock machine is disassembled.

When the car hood cannot be opened, you can try to pull the hood pull rod under the car steering wheel. Or drill under the car and then extend a piece of wire from under the engine of the car to the lock hole of the engine hood.
