Auto door rubber seal strip is mainly used for fixing, dustproof and sealing of doors. It is mainly made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber with good elasticity, anti compression deformation, anti-aging, ozone, chemical action and wide service temperature range (- 40 ℃ ~ + 120 ℃), which is foamed and compacted. It contains unique metal clamps and tongue buttons, which is firm and durable and easy to install. It is mainly used in door leaf, door frame, side window, front and rear windshield, engine cover and trunk cover. It plays the role of waterproof, dustproof, sound insulation, temperature insulation, shock absorption and decoration.
The door sealing system is mainly aimed at two areas. One is the sealing of the door opening area. It mainly seals the whole door opening by a circle of inner door sealing strip installed on the flange of the side wall door opening or a circle of outer door sealing strip installed on the door. Some models have two rings of sealing strips, and some only use one ring of sealing strips. Different models choose which sealing strategy to adopt according to performance requirements or cost objectives. Another area that needs to be sealed on the door is the door and window area, which is mainly sealed by the glass guide groove sealing strip on the window frame and the two window sill sealing strips on the inner and outer sides. At the same time, they also play the role of making the door and window glass rise and fall smoothly. Generally, the glass guide groove sealing strip is the one with the highest requirements and the most complex structure in the whole vehicle sealing system.

The three EPR sealing strip has superior aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance and chemical resistance. It has good elasticity and anti compression deformation. It will not crack or deform in long term use. It can maintain its original high sealing performance between -50 and 120 degrees.
