There are two ways to clean the car air conditioner

One is to use air conditioner cleaning agent for cleaning (no disassembly). The other is to disassemble and clean the components of the air conditioning system.

Use air conditioner cleaning agent to clean automobile air conditioner:

Under normal circumstances, the air inlet of the car’s air conditioner has a pollen filter element, which is used to prevent the entry of external dust during the external circulation of the car’s air conditioner. When cleaning the air conditioner, remove the pollen filter element, shoot the air conditioner foam cleaner from the inlet, and at the same time, tighten the outlet of the air conditioner, so as to prevent the foaming agent from flowing out of the outlet. After the two steps are done, start the car, turn on the air conditioner, and allow the foam cleaner to circulate in the air conditioning system. This step will last for a few minutes to ensure that the foam cleaning agent will circulate to the various channels of the air-conditioning system. After about 5 minutes, turn off the air conditioner and turn off the car. After a while, dirt will flow out of the pipe system of the air conditioner on the chassis.

Disassembly and cleaning of automobile air conditioner:

Disassemble the instrument panel and take out the evaporator of the air conditioner. The evaporator of the air conditioner that hasn’t been cleaned for a long time must be covered with soil and small hairs. You have to brush it carefully.

The hazards of not cleaning the air conditioner include:

It is harmful to the health of drivers and passengers. The interior of the air conditioning management and evaporation box will breed bacteria and dust because it has not been cleaned for a long time. When the air conditioner is turned on, it will enter the compartment with the wind blown by the air conditioner. When driving in summer, it will open the window, and the whole compartment will be covered with dust and bacteria. It is recommended to clean the air conditioning system.
